| Conceived as an industrial condominium park, this $3 million project was The Mat West Company's first entry into the medium size industrial multi-tenant market. Designed and built in-house, it has been hailed as an example of top quality design by the San Dimas Redevelopment Agency. A mezzanine design achieved flexibility which has attracted long term, satisfied purchasers and tenants. The two buildings contain 67,000 square feet, divided among eight units, on a 3.64 acre site. Completed in April, 1984. |
