| Designed and built by The Mat West Company in 1978, this 24,000 square foot retail center pioneered the mixed use concept in commercial centers. The frontage along the main through-fare, Reseda Boulevard, consists of a single tenant retail building and a retail multi-tenant strip center. At the rear of the site, visible from a second major through-fare, are located nine automotive service bays. This combination of automotive service mechanics with retail merchants provides a synergism which is well received by the buying public. This concept has now been accepted as a common retail development objective. |
