| A modern, efficient and attractive design sets this 4,000 square foot, single tenant, tilt-up building apart from other similarly sized buildings. The design is highlighted by the creative use of concrete and glass. The building is located immediately west of the Van Nuys Airport. The Mat West Company built the project on a former residential lot utilizing experimental steel framework. The project was leased prior to completion of construction in 1985. |
