| In 1980, while San Dimas was still an equestrian community, Mat West perceived the growth potential for the area. Three buildings were completed, totaling 97,000 square feet, combining 60 industrial units and 14 commercial units. The western motif is in compliance with the San Dimas architectural guidelines which have served as a model to other cities in the San Gabriel Valley. The project is primarily for small business tenants requiring space under 1,000 square feet. |
